Today I was doing the malibooty workout and it was way easier than it was in the beginning. I slacked off a few days so I decided I couldn’t let another night go by without working out. Zumba + Malibooty.
I have to put my stats up on here. Also I’m learning how to eat more balanced. Protein vs. Carbs portions.
